I've been a compulsive doodler ever since I could hold a pen. Previously I looked at calling what I do all the time "doodling" as sort of a vague insult. Now I see that it's okay to doodle, that we compulsive doodlers are talented people who take no shame in calling our doodles doodles. That, my friends, is a beautiful thing. When I am not doodling, I am writing poetry, making collages, taking photographs and working at my day job, where I write stuff for a global financial institution.
