✨My plan this month was to celebrate women, among them Princess Leia / Carrie Fisher. A leader and fighter against the Empire's tyranny. If this was today she'd be a health professional, or hygiene professional (cleaners), or food retailer worker or security professional. May the force be with you.

A moody, very busy day. I did an ink wash of the beach today, but I'm posting the last piece I drew in the studio instead. I miss the studio and friends there.

This was initially a mindless doodle which I later improvised on.

You maybe fighting your battles alone but the most important is you keep moving forward to conquer every part of it.

My sister is a writer and I am an artist, so we've teamed up to work on a children's book together. This is a draft of the first page, which will eventually be illustrated with watercolor and digital elements.

Poetry + Illustration collaboration (2/10) with @rhianbrookepoetry where I make 5 random illustrations and Rhian writes a poem to accompany them, and she writes 5 poems and I create an illustration to accompany each of them. Second post here on Doodle Addict. I don't know why but this reminds me of Spirited away....or just studio Ghibli. All their art just makes me feel like i'm actually in that place; i can feel the breeze, hear and feel the grass.....Anyways, that's the image i get in my head when making this.
