"Spade - Magic Card Tournament" ♠️ ✨ Character design for a videogame idea based on a futuristic world in which there is an artificial magical card tournament held every decade. The main character, Spade wants to bring peace to her world by winning the tournament and being granted one wish.

Inspired by the Neo-Classical period, I pushed myself as an artist to portray subjects in an idealistic fashion combining drama and artificial lighting. The subject is my sister who modelled as a reference, enabling me to control the shadowy effect over her face. The dim lighting and dark background resonated with the period style, focusing on the facial parts that are visible. The end result looks like she is emerging from the darkness. A somber atmosphere is illustrated through visual expression. Adding the fast drying oil on the brushes improved the blending of the colours on the canvas which was especially useful when it came to applying strokes on the face smoothly. I got sick, it's hard to draw... there are no ideas, so only Too-tiсky (i still love moomins brbrbrbr) Honestly, the art is pretty weak for my bar.. I kind of like which way my painting is moving, but my recent works has been distinguished by attention to the background or inscriptions... A simple filll somehow already seems to me flawed in MY work.. At the same time, in other people's drawings i even love it... As we say in my country, everything brilliant is simple... I don't know why I'm messing around in vain... Well, let's put it down to the fact that I'm especially physically unwell today

Trying to make sharp shadows without having everything blend toghether. My goal is to convey the warm, pinkish sunlight on the first day of spring, and light is not something i have given enough care to earlier. Removing colors from a photography is an effective way to get an idea of how sharp shadows actually are!

Fun fact:it's a little cartoon idea of mine,it's definitely not the first but it has a pretty simple plot I will share:it's Al Heyman, living as a parent and as a magician, juggling both with his children.he often gets in shenanigans especially with his friends!but the evil varzar wants his magic to take over the ghost world.his magician outfit is quite difficult to draw due to the rainbows especially the hat.another fun fact is that the ghosts in the ghost world have 80s and 90s technology.ill share more about this in my WordPress account

Organic free flowing ink pen sketch. I had no particular idea preplanned, it was a warm up to help loosen me up.

This came about from a doodle. Doodling is a combination of skilled scribbling, mindless direction & abstract tracing. Doodling [For Me] is not sketching someone's portrait or rendering a photo. It's freely skating w a pencil or pen along a drawing surface & searching for discoveries & different unusual paths that some how result in some lovely surprises. So here ye go. Soluto is Princess Neera Veera's archnemesis,just like how Qasaherim is Elvarelyn's archnemesis.He is a fire demon warlord who has an army of his own to destroy anything and anyone on his path mostly weaker demons since he cannot fight stronger,more dangerous demons because that would result in not only his armys elimination but his.He is not terrifying,vile or deadly like a lot of demon warlords because 1.he be defeated easily and 2.he is moody and skittish and 3.he has only killed a few demons.Snidecious and him are very alike,even though snide doesn't want anything to do with him.Soluto Ignis literally means fire warlord in Latin thus why I named him as such.He was difficult to color since I have never colored fire digitally I even tried to search for character speedpaints similar to Soluto's design to get an idea on how to color him but nothing helped however what did help me was looking for similar character designs on google images and getting not only an idea how I colored him but inspiration too.

This is a huge acrylic painting on wood standing at 75 inches tall. I let friends decide the theme and subject matter so they did most of the work, I just put their ideas onto a canvas

Nothing spectacular here, just an artist stuck in a rut and has no idea where to go.

My first attempt at an abstract painting. It was the first time I tried using palette knives also. I didn't really have an idea in mind for this, I just kinda went with it. Came out pretty cool looking, almost like an abstract nebula. I used iridescent and interference Golden acrylic paints

Quick doodle I made in the morning,I had the speed paint video but I accidentally deleted it :/ luckily it was very easy to make and I can't wait to draw it again along with another doodle idea.

I haven't done a still life since highschool! I was finally motivated to make one after finding this black conch shell on the beach of Rimini. In the past I found one but it was broken, i feel like i've been on a healing journey and was delighted to find a complete full shell. In a way I took it as a sign of the healing graces God is pouring out on me. I also found the coral thing floating on the waves of the shore. I felt the presence of the divine through His creation that day. I picked up the other scallop shells and the red rock there too. The big snail shell I found outside the monastery, there are some big snails here! So yeah, I wasn't trying to be too precise in this still life but I wanted to jot down the idea and my thoughts from that day. Peace be with you all

This sketchbook is all about triangle patterns! Each page starts with a base layer of connecting triangles. From there, I fill in different patterns on each page, challenging myself to come up with new ideas for each page.

Actually unrelated to the virus, this was an idea I’ve had for a while about how our neglect for our planet affects future generations.

I got Procreate a bit ago and it took me too long to figure it out and learn how to work with it. I was so used to my old program that starting all over got pretty discouraging. I finally finished my first procreate portrait! There are a few things I’m not happy about but I’m not sure how to fix them. Any ideas and advice are super welcome!!!
