A little doodle I made in class. Zentangles aren't really my thing, but I've been doodling a lot with a pen, and I love the way it looks. It's supposed to be some sort of stick-monster.

"Whirlwind 16”, an original drawing. Micron pens on archival paper. Size: 4” x 6”. Title, signature, and date in the back of the drawing. This drawing is the 16th in a series of drawings posted over a period of 100 days. The original post date on this drawing was September 16, 2020.

I tried himi miya gouache. And I love the colors.

Taking inspiration from Damien Jurado’s latest album. Suffice to say, it’s a good one!

New sketchbook time! My local art suppliers know how to keep me happy, that much is true :-)
