I have been drawing since I was 1 1/2 and keeping a sketchpad since I was 5 or 6. I studied painting at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA and I have been making, showing, and sometimes selling my work ever since. My artwork is divided into two types. The first are very quiet, colorful, traditional paintings and drawings of objects pulled from old videogames, computer icons, cellphone menus, and message boards. Sometimes I even make painted sculptures of the objects and that's fun. The other half of my work is made up of really intense, hand-rendered, symmetrical images. These are usually made from sketches and doodles from my sketchbooks; they're kind of like a visual jigsaw puzzle that's been forced together. i'm glad to be here, and I'll be gladder to participate :)
