Louise Egger is a freelance illustrator who grew up in a rainier than average corner of England. Since graduating from the Falmouth Illustration course in '07 Louise has been quietly nurturing her growing collection of marker pens whilst moving to the USA, getting married, getting dogs, y'know, that jazz. Exploring the land that Columbus discovered, Louise developed a fondness for peanut-butter flavoured everything- but that's besides the point, probably. As a result of determination and a sprinkle of luck, Louise's illustrations have graced the pages of children's books, wallpaper (?!) and the 'San Francisco Chronicle'. She works using mixed media and a blind-contour technique. This means things are slightly off kilter, and would give Leonardo Da Vinci a headache. Since moving to America, Louise has enjoyed using the word 'awesome' whenever possible. Awesome.
