Lots are going in my head, same as around the world. Art is more than drawing, it is an expression. I primarily draw with a typical student's stationary kit, followed by some simple photo editing. From personal experience, even such simple things can come a long way.

I specialize in character design, colored pencil, concept development, drawing, expressionistic art, pencil drawing, traditional art.

What happens when I keep trying to capture that spiritual image seen from the mind's eye? A shapeshifting abstract that is anchored merely by symbols. Sometimes I really just want to convey a consistent image that the world can see, which is really, really hard...

Very random mind drifting, in a surprisingly good mood today. No matter how much has changed, this figure never dissappears. It continues to be something outside my drawing abilities, appearing as a highly abstract entity.

"To be together, through all times of thick or thin."

Note. As vibrant as it may be, it does not reflect a happy ending of a memory. I am sorry. This is a drawing for a past friend, Nicolain08. We were very different people, yet crossed paths due to a shared interest on a random corner of the internet. One wanted to connect on a deeper level, and the other wanted to maintain a comfortable circle. Unfortunately, I was unable to recognise our differences and the friendship was torn apart by my hands. It was a sombre decision to let this go into the wind. I cannot abandon a clearly passionate piece of art simply by deleting it. It will mean that I am still running away from my past mistakes. It is a symbol of my regrets, serving as lessons that I will have to accept. The past cannot be changed, learning the lesson is the best I can do.

Hi. Am I hard to see? You are free to look closer. This is how I will most frequently present myself as, drawn here in an effort to rejuvenate past drawing abilities . Both Ego and Shadow are delicately present as one, although still not the truly completed form. That is still outside my own grasp within the field of creativity. Everything here has some meaning, including the blank background. A "Domain" in the form of a canvas. The ability to bend reality. A shadow that opens the door to the extraordinary. The simple tools to channel one's creativity. Most importantly, an Avatar of one's being.

Been developing in a way to free myself from external reference-based OC concepts, which was where I started from in drawing. In a way, exploring how I view characters from my own eyes. Here, is an example of drawing myself in two contrasting counterparts. Personal preferences are actually pretty simplistic by appearance.

This piece was made 2 months into starting drawing. A symbolic surge of creativity and inspiration as the veil was broken down. This can be considered a personal milestone.

A retouch of a piece forgotten for some time.

An abstract manifestation of my mind undergoing an "unblocking" to recover the spring of creativity. Putting it in more concrete and psychological terms, a projection of illegible thought processess that free mental binds that have been plagueing my mind for the past year or two.

The ego, the other side of the shadow. This is roughly where the standards of my drawing are currently at.

The Shadow, in a more recent form. This was made as a concept that complements the ego. No other drawing was done except this sketch, but the character is fully fleshed out and complex.

What my shadow might appear to be, in the simplest way for others to comprehend... There is more that what it appears. This is done with colour pencils and some photo editing.
