Jess Worby is a New York-based visual artist who creates fine art, comics, illustrations, installations and more. He is having his first solo show, "Monsters, Mummers & Mascots" at InFusion in Philadelphia in October 2011. Sometimes he also writes stories and essays and does print and web design. He is the author/artist of a short graphic novel called A Walk in the Park and a children's book, Things I Like: A Kid's Book. His work seeks to confront the strangeness of life and people's radically differing perceptions of reality. He lives on the power of dreams and peanut butter cups, and is available for commissioned projects and gallery inquiries. He has been featured in American Illustration, the Colgate Scene, the Colgate Portfolio and more. Clients have included Koyama Press, The Blue Man Group, Croton River Furniture and more.
