Artist Paul Emile Rioux premiers his LANDCUTS projects with «The City» series. Inspired by digital topographical scenes from various photographic sources, Rioux creates dynamic and densely layered landscapes that explore our current urban environment and those of new metamorphic worlds. Paul Emile Rioux lives in Montreal, Canada. He is fascinated by contemporary environments, and through his own chaotic and open-ended process, he explores the inter-relationship of politics, consumer culture and technology.
