George Duperon duperon30@gmail.com http://george-duperon016.see.me/ Born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico in 1970, George Duperon was influenced by many art demonstrations in his home town he has been drawing since childhood. Joined the U.S. Army in July 4, 1990 getting his independence as a young man. Started painting in his free time in pastels creating a few pieces, these pieces stood in the background for quite some time, later in life he found his true passion, Drawing. At the age of 28 George goes to the Fort Lauderdale Arts Institute to get his graphics design degree. Then he aids his employer Lauren G Adams to develop a new line of jewelry by the aid of computer graphics and illustration. The designs grew as well as the company. Also working as a graphics design freelancer during all this time. With love for all forms of arts, he studies all computer programs and some photography needed to accomplish his visions, gets a digital canvas (Wacom tablet) .Being able to draw with the freedom of traditional methods and digital capabilities he finally decides to make his own move and create his first art pieces to show the world. Being his first series of "016 GRAPHICS EXPOSED", George is anxious to see the reaction of the world. ARTIST STATEMENT " Colors are to be appreciated in all forms, as you mix them they create astonishing visuals. I've been living in Miami for the last 16 years and enjoy the variety of cultures as they mix everything up. From the beginning of time, we have been influenced by art, and I enjoy the time that I spend designing and drawing, this images have been created to reflect the love for color and my passion for all different forms of art, 016 GRAPHICS EXPOSED is truly unique and original.
