On fire

I was inspired by nature, and recently i am finally able to collect some stamps, and i have to say, the ones from nature elements are my total favourites.

My design was inspired by the beginning of fall, and all that comes with it. Pumpkin picking, leaves changing, cozying up with a warm drink- all things that make autumn the best season. What better way to send out Halloween and Thanksgiving greetings than with a stamp that reflect this golden time of year?

I've been learning Japanese and learned quite a lot about the Japanese culture in the past few months... Seems like they're the sweetest people with the most unique culture to my knowledge.. This stamp is by far inspired by something like the said only, I drew an easter egg types text in the stamp, see if you can find out what exactly it is/means haha ;)

Almost everyone likes to receive fresh flowers. So I put them on this stamp. They never wilt and make the letter a little more colorful!

I went with a halloween themed stamp design because that's the mood at the moment. I am doing two inktober challenges, so it seemed like a good fit to include this challenge as well while keeping in tune with the cute-ish halloween vibe. My drawing was done with ink and alcohol markers on watercolour paper. By the way, 85 cents is the actual fee for sending a standard letter within Germany.
