I was born in Poland, raised in Toronto and New York State. Always loving drawing and making my own clothes I decided to go to Academy of Art University in San Francisco to study fashion design textiles. I studied for a year on scholarship Studio Berçot in Paris. I worked in NYC's fashion industry for almost ten years as an apparel graphic & surface pattern designer and in Toronto as a teacher of fashion design, patternmaking and fashion illustration. Illustration and painting always being my first love, I have been slowly transitioning over to an arts career the last three years and will soon be teaching workshops at a gallery.
