Hello, my name is Jan Balko, I work as a pathologist in Prague. However I have always considered myself to be an artist by nature. So painting has been kind of my second job - I have illustrated over 10 medical books, created graphics and animations for several freeware PC games (team Sosáci), done plenty of posters, logos, portraits etc... But nowadays I enjoy painting my own ideas in the form of traditional art. Luckily, others usually like them...even though they tend to say my art is depressing or in a better way - "creepy yet beautiful" ;)
